How far in advance do I need to book a team building package?

We recommend a minimum of 15 business days in advance to coordinate logistics, facilitators, and materials. For events with more than 100 participants, the suggested lead time is 30 days.

Does the show price include sound and lighting equipment?

Yes, all our corporate show packages include professional sound setup, basic lighting, and a technician during the presentation. Additional requirements (LED screens, streaming) are quoted separately.

Can I cancel or modify a confirmed booking?

Free modifications are accepted up to 10 days before the event. Cancellations follow a staggered refund policy: 80% of the value up to 15 days before, 50% up to 7 days before. After that period, no refund is given.

Do you work throughout Argentina?

Yes, we have coverage in all provinces. For events in the interior, travel expenses and transportation for the technical team are added. Request a quote with your exact location to calculate logistics costs.

Service Conditions and Scope

The setup covers sound installation, basic lighting, and an LED screen for up to 200 attendees. It does not include additional wiring beyond the agreed plan or security personnel. Any on-site modifications must be authorized by the Telemariachi coordinator and may incur additional costs.
Changes requested with less than 48 business hours' notice are subject to technical availability and may incur a 20% surcharge on the modified item. The addition of extra equipment or artists outside the timeframe stipulated in the contract is not guaranteed.
For outdoor events, having a contingency plan is recommended. Telemariachi reschedules at no cost up to 15 days after the original date, provided notification is given at least 12 hours in advance. After that period, standard cancellation conditions apply.
All contracted artists and technicians have valid public liability insurance. The client must arrange their own insurance for third-party or venue damage. Telemariachi is not responsible for attendees' personal belongings or pre-existing structural damage.
Yes, under the following conditions: cancellation up to 30 days before the event: 80% refund. Between 29 and 15 days: 50%. Less than 15 days: no refund, but the package can be transferred to another date within the next 90 days. This does not apply to streaming services already produced.
We operate throughout Argentina. For events more than 200 km from Buenos Aires City, a surcharge for travel expenses and technical team transportation is added. The client must provide a covered loading and unloading area if the event is outdoors.
