Telemariachi acts as a producer of corporate events, offering team building services, audiovisual production, and live shows for companies. The client contracts specific packages according to the needs of their event, detailed in the corresponding service order.

Services not agreed upon in writing are not included, such as unforeseen external logistics, space rental, or attendee insurance. Any modification must be approved by both parties at least 72 hours in advance.

The client agrees to provide truthful information about the type of event, number of attendees, technical requirements, and venue conditions. They are responsible for obtaining the necessary permits to hold the event at the chosen location.

• Notify changes in capacity or schedule at least 48 hours in advance.
• Guarantee access to the venue for the setup and dismantling of technical equipment.
• Designate a contact person responsible for the entire duration of the event.

Telemariachi is not responsible for damages to third parties arising from the improper use of sound, lighting, or stage equipment by the client or their attendees. The maximum liability is limited to the value of the contracted service.

In the event of force majeure (extreme weather conditions, power outages beyond the organization's control, government restrictions), Telemariachi may reschedule the event without penalty. If rescheduling is not possible, the amount paid will be refunded minus any expenses already incurred.

All audiovisual, musical, and scenic content produced by Telemariachi for a specific event is the property of the contracting company, unless otherwise agreed. Telemariachi reserves the right to use images and videos of the event for its commercial portfolio, unless the client expressly prohibits it in writing.

The copyright of works performed by contracted artists is managed by the corresponding entities. Telemariachi is not responsible for unauthorized repertoires requested by the client.

Telemariachi may update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients at least 15 days in advance. If the client does not accept the modifications, they may terminate the current contract without penalty within 10 days of notification.
